The Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, CPA(U) is a professional qualification for all individuals that want to practice accounting in Uganda. To become a Certified Public Accountant, one must pass all the eighteen (18) courses (papers) that make up this 4-level qualification.
The graduates of this programme (CPAs) act as Financial Advisors, Tax Consultants, Auditors, Business Consultants, Public Accountants and can take-up any position related to Finance at a company. Once you're a CPA, the opportunities are endless!
Certified Tax Advisor, CTA
Professional Qualification
The Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), is a professional qualification designed to equip leaners with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the concepts and principles of taxation. To become a Certified Tax Advisor, one must complete this 3-level programme.
The graduates of this programme (CTAs) act as Tax Consultants, Tax Accountants, Business Consultants and can take-up any position related to Tax at a company.
