Job Description
True North Consult Ltd specializes in Organizational Development, Executive Recruitment & Third Party Manpower Outsourcing.
We are sourcing for competent professionals to work for our clients in various sectors
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement health and safety plans to support project operations.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Report findings and recommendations to management
Develop and deliver safety training programs for personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Investigate incidents and near
Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education:
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in health and safety supervision or a related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
