We are seeking two skilled and compassionate Medical Officers to join our healthcare team at Frontline MediCare. As a Medical Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, leading medical procedures, and mentoring junior staff. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide expert medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
Conduct medical procedures, such as surgeries and emergency responses.
Oversee patient care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including Clinical Officers and Interns.
Provide guidance on medical procedures and best practices.
Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and peer review.
Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
Education: Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Licensure Valid medical license in Uganda.
Skills Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred. Age: 27-35 years
