Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate patients prior to surgery to assess their physical condition and anesthesia risk.
Develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as need
Provide post-anesthesia care to patients, including pain management and monitoring.
Ensure smooth transition to post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) or intensive care unit (ICU).

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
Specialized Training: Completion of anesthesia residency program or equivalent.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in anesthesia practice.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
