It is the only central enterprise in China's forestry industry managed by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Job Description
China Forestry International Development Company is seeking applications from enthusiastic and talented fresh and recent graduates for the position of Graduate Management Trainee. The program is structured to provide recent graduates with a broad understanding of our business operations, hands-on experience across various departments, and the leadership skills needed to advance in the ever -changing and competitive job market. The successful candidates will be placed in the different departments like Sales, Human Resource, Factory, Plantation and Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assignments: Complete Assignments given by the different department Heads and team Leaders.
Training & Development: Engage in training programs focused on leadership, management skills, and
Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance data, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the various departments of the Company.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with department teams to support ongoing activities, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Innovation & Strategy: Participate in strategic planning activities to contribute new ideas and solutions for departmental challenges.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Recent graduates from 2022-2024, holding minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field with a CGPA≥3.60from a credible University.
Gender: Both male and female candidates below26 years are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and environments with a proactive and flexible approach.
Motivation: High level of enthusiasm and commitment to learning and growing within a fast-paced, global organization.
Computer Literacy.
Ability to apply Microsoft office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, Power point and more.
