Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Frontline MediCare. As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, as well as performing surgical procedures to restore function and mobility to patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat various orthopedic conditions, such as joint pain, fractures, osteoporosis, and sports injuries
Perform surgical procedures, such as joint replacements, osteotomies, and fracture reductions
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams to diagnose and treat patients
Order and interpret lab tests and imaging studies to inform treatment decisions
Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Provide patient education and counseling on orthopedic health and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in orthopedic surgery to provide the best possible care

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
Licensure: Registration with the relevant medical board
Certifications: Certification in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized certifying body
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in orthopedic surgery practice
Skills: Excellent clinical and surgical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements: Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, commitment to staying current with the latest developments in orthopedic surgery.
