Duties and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at VERITAS Consultancy Services in Kampala.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing communication, maintaining diaries, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in diary management
Clerical Skills proficiency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office
Relevant certification in administrative assistance or similar field
