Job Description
This position focuses on academic leadership, student affairs, faculty management, and ensuring the quality of nursing and midwifery education.
Duties and Responsibilities
Educational Innovation: Foster innovation in teaching and learning practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the curriculum.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in academic programs, operations, and student services.
Best Practices: Stay updated on trends and best practices in nursing and midwifery education, and implement them within the department.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
A Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Must be registered and licensed with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
