Job Description
The Primary School Teachers will provide a supportive and engaging learning environment for young students, fostering intellectual, emotional, and social growth. The teacher will plan, implement, and assess instructional activities that align with the school’s curriculum and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, to engage students in learning.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain order and discipline.
Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and effectively.
Assess students' academic performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities.
Stay current with educational best practices, teaching strategies, and curriculum developments.
Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm in developing engaging lessons.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
State teaching certification/license for primary education.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
