Duties and Responsibilities

Resource Management:
Oversee the allocation and management of educational resources.

Community Engagement and Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community organizations, and government agencies.
Represent the educational institution in community and professional meetings.
Promote community involvement in educational initiatives.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement long-term educational plans and goals.
Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for new programs and initiatives.
Ensure that strategic plans align with the overall mission and goals of the educational institution.
Research and Innovation:

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is typically required.
A master's degree or higher in education, educational leadership, or a related field is often preferred.
