Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Sta Xpress. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations and answer questions
Manage tables, take orders, and serve guests in a section of the restaurant
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, tables, and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery
Stay up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and promotions

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelors diploma/certificate in catering & hotel management
Flexibility to work in shifts
Excellent customerservice skills
Excellent verbal communication
Active listening skills
Good memory & attention to detail
