Duties and Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure guest satisfaction
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Make recommendations and upsell menu items as appropriate.
Manage table assignments and ensure efficient seating.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in food and beverage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
